Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. You only pay if you choose Standard or Premium for higher limits.
How does billing work — monthly or yearly?
Standard is $2.99/month when paid yearly, or $3.99 month-to-month. Premium is $9.99/month when paid yearly, or $12.99 month-to-month. Paying yearly is the cheaper rate.
How do I upgrade?
Pick a plan and tap Request upgrade (or email info@myhobby.ca). We'll set up your plan and confirm by email.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — email us any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Items above a lower plan's limit stay visible and editable — you just can't add new ones until you're back under the limit.
Is my collection private?
Your collector profile is public, but you can mark any individual item private so it isn't shown or shared.
Which devices are supported?
A native Android app and a full web app, kept in sync. iOS is in progress.
